Currently, Ace Week (formerly Asexual Awareness Week) is held in the last week of October. The black stripes represent asexuality, the gray stripes represent the gray area between the sexes and asexuals, the white striped sexes and the purple striped communityĪsexuality is sometimes referred to as an ace.
